My experience at the local spiritual fair

So yesterday I went to a local spiritual fair. It was pretty fun, I'd say. I dressed up as fancy as I could, had several panic attacks, and ended up going home an hour before it ended because I was so so sleepy... well when I put it like that it sounded awful, but it really wasn't. Let me explain.

The first thing we did was... look for a place to sit. I wish there was some really cool starting thing but really it was just people setting up their booths, and my feet were hurting from my shoes.

I found someplace in the back to sit down, and nearby was this old lady who seemed a little bit grumpy. She cheered up, though, when I gave her a bracelet, and she told me how happy she was to be able to see so many people with different beliefs gather together. Turns out she's the grandmother of the host! Nice lady.

A little bit later was this ceremony thing where we all got this delicious hot chocolate and then went around and said something we're thankful for. I panicked a bit and skipped, but if I did answer, it would've been "this damn hot chocolate"... it was really good, okay? Oh! And one of the tables had a pride flag as the table cloth.

After that was just a lot of walking around, looking at booths, and chatting with people. I talked to this really nice lady who was 100% a lesbian, and she REALLY wanted me to know that she was a pisces, because she repeated it FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES.

I ended up buying some rings to go with all the rest of my jewelry, and I feel like it really tied everything together... that's a lie it was two rings.

Speaking of my outfit, I dressed up in an outfit inspired by Dionysus, because spiritual event. I was so scared I'd embarass myself, but I ended up getting a bunch of compliments. Like, a LOT. There was also this person who asked what the theme was, and when I explained, she gave me this face for a good 5 seconds before saying it was so cool. Did that go straight to my ego? Maybe just a little bit.

Later in the night I got a tarot/oracle reading and lets just say I cried a little bit. Also, the first oracle card the reader pulled was titled "hunter"! That's my name! We both had a good laugh about that.

All around it was a really fun time, and I can't wait for the next one.
